A 47-year-old Fayette man facing a felony charge in relation to an incident earlier this year waived his formal arraignment on Tuesday (7/21).
Santana Graves is accused of assaulting a woman on March 4. Graves allegedly struck the woman with his fist, causing physical damage to her facial area. The injuries were significant enough that the woman had to be transported to the hospital for treatment.
Graves is charged with a Class E Felony for Domestic Assault in the Third Degree. Bond has been fixed at $100,000 cash only.
Graves waived his formal arraignment on Tuesday, July 21 and entered a plea of not guilty. His cause has been continued for a Plea/Trial Setting on Tuesday, August 11 at 10 a.m. at Howard County Circuit Court.
