The Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control has announced more people have died on Missouri roadways by July 20 this year than there were in 2019 during the same time period.
Last year, 436 people had died in Missouri vehicle crashes by July 20. That number has increased by 73 in 2020. The department reports there have been 509 people who have lost their lives on Missouri roadways by July 20.
