A Windsor man has been charged with a couple of felonies for allegedly stealing a vehicle and causing damage to property in Pettis County nearly two years ago.
According to a Pettis County deputy’s report, on October 18, 2018, a search warrant was served at the residence of Michael Allen Gregory. During the search, authorities say they found several items that belonged to a resident on Van Slyke Road.
Authorities later noticed someone had cut their way into a garage on the Van Slyke Road property. Stolen was a red Honda four-wheeler valued at $3,500. The same four-wheeler was sitting in the year of Gregory when authorities served the search warrant. The owner estimates damage to his garage at $1,000.
Gregory has been charged with a Class D Felony for Stealing of $750 or More; and a Class E Felony for Property Damage in the First Degree. Bond has been set at $7,500 cash or surety.
