On Friday, July 24, three more positive cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Carroll County.
According to the Carroll County Health Department, the total number of positive cases is up to 76 in the county since the beginning of the pandemic. With 38 persons released from observation, there are 38 active cases, including four persons who are hospitalized- an increase of two from Thursday.
