Lois H. Laster, age 73, of Marshall, died Saturday, July 25, 2020.

There will be a public viewing from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, July 31, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Social distancing will be observed and masks are strongly encouraged. The family will hold a private home-going celebration for Lois, with burial following at Fairview Cemetery at Marshall. The family requests that social distancing be observed and masks worn for those invited to the home going celebration.

Survivors include two daughters, Susan Kay Laster Wilson (Conrad) of Gaston, SC and Lois M. Laster Foster of Marshall; four grandchildren: LaKisha Russell, Xavier, Isis and Zenas Foster; three great-grandchildren: Audrina Landon, Lillianna Ingle and Christian Bowlen; two sisters, Carmellia Jackson of Lawrence, KS and Brenda Laster of Marshall; three brothers: Wilson Laster of Las Vegas, NV, Bernard Laster (Sydney) of St. Louis and Herbert Cooper of Kansas City; two sisters-in-law: Ruby Hayes of Marshall and Janice Laster of Sedalia; as well as many extended family members and numerous friends.

In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by two sisters, Alder Jackson and Glenda Mackenzie; and seven brothers: Harold Laster, James Laster, Ralph Laster, Logan “Bubby” Laster Jr., Fred Hayes Sr., Ivan Dale Laster Sr. and Robert Laster.
