The number of positive cases of COVID-19 continues to climb in Saline County, creeping closer the 400 mark since the beginning of the pandemic.
According to a release from Saline County Health Department Administrator Tara Brewer, five positive cases were confirmed on Tuesday, July 28, bringing the overall total to 394.
Six persons were released from observation on Tuesday, upping the overall total to 340 recovered. With six deaths, that leaves 48 active cases of the virus in the county, including five persons who are hospitalized.
