On June 8, A Cooper County Deputy’s report says authorities were dispatched to a location in Otterville in reference to a physical disturbance where 19-year-old Marcos Achiquen-Aleman was reportedly under the influence of narcotics and asking people to do harm to him.
Deputies located what they say fit the description of an LSD-type drug when they searched his vehicle.
