Voters will go to the polls on Tuesday, August 4, to cast their ballots in the Primary Election.

Voters will need to declare which ballot they want: Republican; Democrat; Libertarian; Green; or Constitution Party. There also is a non-partisan ballot.

There are several contested races on the state and local level in the seven-county KMMO listening area; as well as some ballot issues, including Amendment 2- also known as Medicaid Expansion.

Polls will be open from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m.
