A felony charge has been filed against a 41-year-old Durant, Oklahoma, man for driving a vehicle on July 14, that was reported stolen.

According to a report from a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper, a traffic stop was conducted at the 93 mile marker on I-70 in Cooper County. A check on the vehicle revealed it had been stolen from a residence in Wamego, Kansas, on July 13.
Justin Scott St. John has been charged with a Class D Felony for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree. Bond has been set at $7,500 cash or surety.

St. John entered a plea of not guilty during his arraignment hearing on July 21. His next hearing is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, at Cooper County Circuit Court.
