
A Net, LLC (A Net) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission for designation as a federal broadband lifeline-only eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) in the Missouri counties of Lafayette, Saline and Johnson.
According to A Net’s application, Alma Communications Company d/b/a Alma Telephone Company has delegated to A Net the performance of Alma Communications’ service obligations under the Missouri Broadband Grant Program. The application states that A Net would like to make federal broadband lifeline-only discounts available to qualifying customers to maximize the availability of broadband or lifeline service in the three counties.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than September 16, 2020, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
