New Franklin R-1 administrators remind parents and guardians to fill out enrollment forms.

A release from the district says there are two separate enrollment forms for each student in your household, as well as a third form for bus riders.

These additional forms are the technology, health and other necessary forms. They differ slightly between schools.

If you have already completed both, you do not need to complete them again. If you can’t remember which one you filled out, e-mail jstarke@nfranklin.k12.mo.us. If you do not have adequate internet access or a device to complete the forms online, you may stop by the school’s Tech Office between 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.

District officials says: “It is very important for us to get these forms back as soon as possible so that we may use the information to plan for the first day of school. Also, without these forms, your child will not be able to utilize technology at the school.”

The district urges parents/guardians to complete all enrollment forms by Friday, August 14.
