The Kansas City Royals and Minnesota Twins were rained out in the first game of their four-game series in Minneapolis Friday night.

The two teams are scheduled to play a doubleheader on Saturday, August 15.

The scheduled starting pitchers are Jakob Junis for the Royals and Jake Odorizzi for Minnesota in game one. Danny Duffy is scheduled to be the starter for the Royals and Jose Berrios for Minnesota in the nightcap. Pregame for the first game is scheduled to start at noon, with the first pitch set for 12:35. The second game will start about 30 minutes or so after the completion of the first seven-inning contest. You can hear the broadcast from the Royals’ Radio Network on KMMO AM 1300.
