A Hearing is scheduled in the case of a 19-year-old Boonville man facing felony charges after an alleged incident nearly two years ago in Cooper County.

On June 22, 2018 a resident reported their residence was burglarized and a number of items were stolen that were valued at more than $2,000. The suspect reportedly gained access to the inside of the residence through a screen and window that had been broken.

The suspect who was later identified as Marquan Dejuan Pitre. He has been charged with Class D Felonies for Burglary in the Second Degree and Stealing of $750 or More.

A Hearing in this case is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, August 24 at Cooper County Circuit Court.
