An area law enforcement agency is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.

At approximately 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, the Marshall Police Department received a report of a Marshall man.

Scott Anthony Schull is described as 5-feet 6-inches tall, approximately 190 pounds with short brown hair, brown eyes.
