Bond has been set at six figures for a 21-year-old Sedalia man for allegedly firing a gun out of a moving vehicle on August 3.

A Sedalia Police report says officers responded to the area of West Saline Street and Albright Court for the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located 23 shell casings over approximately a 750-foot stretch of West Saline Street through the Sedalia Housing Authority.

Authorities talked to witnesses and got a description of the vehicle involved and a possible suspect.

Keyshawn Flowers has been charged with a Class B Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon- Shooting from a Moving Vehicle; and an Unclassified Felony for Armed Criminal Action. Bond has been set at $250,000 cash or surety.

Flowers’ initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
