probation-court

A Fayette charged with two felony charges for allegedly assaulting a female two different times in July plead guilty to all charges.

A woman alleged that on July 22, Raejuan Marqwez Williams assaulted her by hitting her in the nose and the right side of her face during a domestic disturbance. When the officer arrived he observed some swelling on her right cheek area and her nose at that time.

Authorities were dispatched to the same address later that day for another domestic disturbance. The woman said the two got into an argument, and Williams hit her in the side of her head and punched a television, causing major damage to it.

On August 25, Williams plead guilty to two counts of a Class E Felony for Domestic Assault in the Third Degree.

Williams was sentenced to five years probation.
