
A Motion for Change of Judge was entered in a case involving a 28-year-old Marshall man.
After the victim described inappropriate contact to a child-safe investigator and after expressing to her mother on the evening of March 28, that she was experiencing physical discomfort from inappropriate sexual acts, Kenneth Dean Nease II was charged with sex related felonies involving a minor.
Nease is charged with a Class A Felony for Child Molestation in the First Degree and an Unclassified Felony for Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy in the First Degree. Bond remains at $250,000 cash only.
A new judge was assigned to this case on August 10, at the request of the Saline County Prosecuting Attorney. The court has set a date for Trial Setting in Nease’s case for 11 a.m. on Friday, October 9 at Saline County Circuit Court.
