There have been eleven new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Saline County since Friday, August 28.

According to Saline County Health Department Administrator, Tara Brewer, nine of those cases were reported over the weekend and two were reported on Monday, August 31. Seven more persons were added to the recovered numbers, making the total number of persons recovered 464 of the 549 cases that have been confirmed since the start of the pandemic. There are currently 76 active cases, with three of those persons hospitalized and there has been a total of nine deaths related to the virus.

These numbers are based on case management provided by health department staff.
