Missouri Valley College has issued an alert to all college students and Marshall residents.

At approximately 12:30 p.m. a student at MVC reported to MVC Public Safety that a white male in his late 20’s, driving a mid-sized, black Pontiac pulled up beside her on Conway Street between the Malcolm Center and Burns Athletic Center. The student claimed the male was masturbating when he pulled up next to her.

Anyone with information regarding the person being described or you have a crime to report; you are urged to contact the Marshall Police Department (911) or the MVC Public Safety Office at (660-815-0111).
