
Increasing by just over 900 on Monday, September 7, the total number of positive COVID-19 cases in the state is more than 94,300 since the beginning of the pandemic.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the total number of positive cases was 94,340 on Monday- up from 93,434 on Sunday, September 6.
The total number of COVID-19-related deaths increased by one from 1,658 on Sunday to 1,659 on Monday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive patients have recovered.
DHSS says the next update is scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8.
