
Another positive test has been confirmed in an area school district.
Sedalia School District 200 released a statement that a member of the Smith Cotton Junior High School community has tested positive for COVID-19. According to the district, the person has been quarantined at home and the three people that they shared a table with at lunch will also be quarantined for 14-days and will monitor for any symptoms of the virus.
The district has reported these cases to the Pettis County Health Center, as required by current Missouri Law.
