More than 1,300 positive cases of COVID-19 were added to the state’s total on Tuesday, September 15.

According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the total increased by 1,317 from 104,079 on Monday, September 14 to 105,396.

The total number of COVID-19-related deaths jumped by 18 from 1,714 on Monday to 1,732 on Tuesday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive patients have recovered.

DHSS says the next update is scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16.
