Work on a bridge in Saline County is progressing.

At the meeting of the Saline County Commission on Thursday, September 17, Northern District Commissioner Stephanie Gooden gave an update on the work on the bridge on Highway 41 North between Marshall and Arrow Rock.

Gooden said she took another tour with a resident on the detour road- County Road 215.

In other news from the meeting, Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner said there will remain only one entrance into the courthouse for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19 concerns. The entrance is on the west side of the courthouse, and face coverings are required.
