The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, on July 15, a trooper conducted a traffic stop and attempted to arrest Timothy Lee Sparks. While the trooper was attempting to handcuff Sparks, broke free from the trooper and fled into a nearby wooded area and was not located. Prior to him pulling away from the trooper, Sparks was searched and the trooper located a folded up $20 bill that contained methamphetamine.
