
Increasing by more than 2,700 over the last couple of days, the state’s number of positive COVID-19 cases is now more than 112,800 since the beginning of the pandemic.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services on Sunday, September 20, the total increased by 2,715 from 110,129 on Friday, September 19, to 112,844.
The total number of COVID-19-related deaths increased by 15 from 1,780 on Friday to 1,795 on Sunday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive patients have recovered.
DHSS says the next update is scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 21.
