Another four-digit increase of positive COVID-19 cases was confirmed in the state on Tuesday, September 22.
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services says the total increased by 1,059 from 114,307 on Monday, September 21, to 115,366 on Tuesday.
The total number of COVID-19-related deaths jumped by 57 from 1,807 on Monday to 1,864 on Tuesday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive patients have recovered.
DHSS says the next update is scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.
