A number of students in the Marshall School District have had to be quarantined for 14-days due to COVID-19.

Marshall Schools Superintendent, Dr. Carol Maher gives an update.

Dr. Maher says the district is hopeful that they see a downturn in numbers this weekend. She says the district is keeping a close eye on things and taking the necessary precautionary measures.

Dr. Maher said the district has seen 73 quarantines in two days. Those quarantined will return to school between October 1 and 7. The students who have been quarantined are able to do distance learning during this time. Parents or guardians with questions, comments or concerns should contact the building principal for the school their child(ren) attends for assistance.
