With the end of the 2019-20 fiscal year this week, the Marshall City Council is scheduled to meet on Monday, September 28, to close out the city’s books.

In addition to items for this year’s budget and the fiscal-year 2020-21 budget, the council is scheduled to discuss a state block grant agreement between the city and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for a grant project related to the Marshall Municipal Airport.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at noon in the city council chambers at the city office building at 214 North Lafayette Avenue.
