Multiple counts of a drug-related felony charge have been filed against a 48-year-old Huron, South Dakota, woman after a traffic stop in Cooper County on August 30.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper, he located a THC vape pen; a small plastic bag containing a substance that tested positive as heroin; some methamphetamine in a small tin; as well as some Oxycodone, Diazepam and Clonazepam pills inside the vehicle.

Diane Lace has been charged with five counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Lace’s initial hearing is pending at Cooper County Circuit Court.
