In September, the average high temperature at the KMMO Studio in Marshall dropped by more than eight degrees from what it was in August.

According to statistics from the National Weather Service, the average high temperature was 76.4 degrees in September, down from 84.9 degrees in August. The high was 91 degrees on September 8.

The average low temperature was 56.3 degrees, with the low of 44 being recorded on September 30.

In September, 4.42 inches of rain fell in Marshall. That total was up from 1.42 inches in August.
