John Wayne Russell, 61, of Waverly, died Monday, October 19, 2020.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 31 at Waverly Victory Fellowship Church in Waverly. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Burial will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be made to John Russell Memorial Fund for Community Services, set up at Community Bank of Waverly. Arrangements are under the direction of Foster Funeral Chapels in Carrollton.
