A 32-year-old Sacramento, California, man is facing a felony drug charge after more than 50 pounds of a controlled substance were located in his vehicle during a traffic stop on I-70 in Saline County on Wednesday, October 28.

According to a report from a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper, with the assistance of a canine, he says he found 57 vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana in the trunk of the vehicle. Each bag weighed approximately one pound.

Kou Lor is charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.

Lor was arraigned on Thursday, October 29. A counsel-status hearing is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 12, at Saline County Circuit Court.
