
A couple of New Franklin residents are facing drug charges after the execution of a narcotics search warrant at a residence in July.
According to the East Central Drug Task Force, on July 15, officers located three plastic bags containing a crystal substance (one of which field tested positive for methamphetamine); another small bag with a small amount of a crystal substance; under 35 grams of marijuana; and a digital scale in the home.
Sean Michael Griffin and Michael Randall Doyle are each facing a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
Griffin’s next court appearance is pending his release from a court approved substance abuse program.
Doyle was released on his own recognize in July. A court proceeding in this case is scheduled to be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24 at Howard County Circuit Court.
