It’s that time of year again to set our clocks back one hour.
Each fall as we set our clocks back, the Missouri Division of Fire Safety is encouraging Missourians to test their smoke alarms and change the batteries as well. At 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 1, clocks “fall back” one hour as daylight saving time ends.
In a year during which Missourians are focusing on health and safety, our State Fire Marshal Tim Bean is urging Missourians to remember to take this simple step to make their homes and families even safer.
