During the Marshall City Council meeting on Monday, November 2, City Administrator David Haugland said he was asked by a Marshall Public School Administrator about the possibility of adding a school zone near Spainhower Primary School.

Haugland was asked by Ward 2 Councilman Kirk Arends about the details of the school zone, such as the length and specific location. Municipal Services Director Bill Anderson also supplied some input.

No decision was made.

In other news, Haugland said city offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans’ Day.
