A 38-year-old truck driver from Richmond was killed in a rollover traffic crash in Daviess County on Monday.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as a southbound Kenworth Tractor Trailer, driven by David Baugher, ran off the west side of the highway, struck a ditch and overturned, coming to rest on its top. Baugher, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced deceased at the scene at 2:03 p.m. by Kyle Smith, acting Daviess County Coroner.

The crash happened at 1 p.m. on Missouri Highway 13, just north of 225th Street, three miles north of Hamilton.
