While responding to a civil matter, Saline County authorities served an active warrant on November 5.

A release from a sheriff’s deputy says Derick Brent Schreiner, of Marshall, was arrested on the outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear for felony charge.

Court documents say 43-year-old Schreiner faces a Class D Felony for Aggravated DWI and three misdemeanors. Bond is set at $7,500 cash or surety, 10 percent allowed.

Schreiner was arraigned on November 6. His next hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, at Saline County Circuit Court.
