A 23-year-old Carrollton man is facing a couple of felony charges after an incident on or about November 10.
According to the complaint, Dakoda Lee Hendricks is alleged to have knowingly exhibited a semiautomatic handgun, a weapon rapidly capable of lethal use in an angry or threatening manner in the presence of one or more persons and knowingly possessed methamphetamine.
Court documents say Hendricks is charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon. The judge has ordered no bond.
Hendricks appeared for his initial hearing on Thursday, November 12. The judge kept the order at no bond, deeming Hendricks a flight risk and a danger to the community. A bond review hearing is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, November 18, at Carroll County Circuit Court.
