The Marshall City Council was asked to approve a resolution regarding the city seeking funding through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

City Administrator David Haugland explained this is for some demolition at the property formerly known as the Marshall Habilitation Center.

The council approved the resolution to continue to seek the funding.

In other news, the council approved the annual agreements between the city and the Marshall Municipal Band, the Marshall Community Chorus and the Marshall Philharmonic Orchestra.
