The Military Affairs Committee is collecting toy donations for 60 children ages 6 months to 16 years in support of the 509th Security Forces Children’s Christmas Party in an area city.

A news release says gift cards to Game Stop, Walmart and I-Tunes are greatly appreciated for older children. Books are also a good gift idea for all ages. You should leave the gifts unwrapped.

In addition, MAC is accepting donations of plain store-bought sugar cookies.

You are urged to drop off donations by December 9 at the Sedalia Chamber of Commerce at 600 East Third Street.
