Carrollton R-VII School District will be going to virtual learning this week.

In a letter to parents, the district has stated that distance learning will be utilized Monday, November 30 through Friday, December 4. The hope is that this will give those in the school, as well as throughout the community time to recover from the recent COVID-19 spike.

Pick-up meal service will be offered to all children between the ages of zero and 18 years old at Carrollton Elementary School during this time. Grab and go meals will be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meals will be distributed through the east doors of CES. Breakfasts and lunches will be served together. Parents/guardians may designate anyone to pick up these meals for their children.

The district has partnered with the local YMCA, which will be preparing healthy snacks to go along with the grab and go meals.
