If you are experiencing grief during this season, you may be dreading the next couple of weeks. So, a free online program is scheduled to be offered next week to help you out.

A news release says, Care Connection for Aging Services and Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care are scheduled to present a free session on grief and the holidays online using Zoom.

The session is scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 17.
