Tis the season of giving and one area youth is doing just that.
Five year old Jase Crumbaugh of Marshall is raising money for children with cancer.
When Jase came home from school with a drawing of the Grinch, his Mom thought it would be a great idea use it to do something good for others. Jase’s Mom, Cindy, came up with the idea to do a T-shirt fundraiser to support his art work, but more importantly they wanted to use the funds to do some good in the world.
The fundraiser runs now through December 23. His goal is to raise $500. As of Thursday afternoon, they had raised $416.
This year is already difficult for so many people and especially for children who are dealing with cancer and having to be away from home for the holidays. A portion of the proceeds from each t-shirt sale will go to help cancer patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital. You can choose from a variety of t-shirt designs and sizes are available from youth to adult.
