A road closure is scheduled to last for four days next week in Pettis County.

According to the city of Sedalia, beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, January 18, and continuing through 5 p.m. Thursday, January 21, the intersection of East 3rd and Mill Streets is scheduled to be closed to through traffic.

Drivers will need to find an alternate route to their destination during this period as Sedalia’s contractor continues construction on the community’s water-improvements project.

Drive approaches into businesses, residences and alleys will remain open.

These projects are weather and equipment dependent, and may be delayed due to inclement weather or equipment breakdowns.
