Bond currently has been denied for two area men who are facing drug-related felony charges after the execution of a search warrant revealed numerous drug-related items at a residence in the 400 block of West Lincoln Avenue in Carrollton on Thursday, January 21.
According to a probable-cause statement, 42-year-old Alando Harker, of Carrollton, and 43-year-old Timothy Adam Stanley, of Sumner, were present.
Authorities say they found a glass smoking pipe; a homemade water bong; a glass marijuana pipe; some controlled pills; crystal shards which tested positive for methamphetamine; hypodermic syringes; a digital scale; two cell phones- one of which contained messages pertaining to the sale of narcotics and had Harker’s Facebook account signed in; and several other drug-related items.
Court documents say each subject is charged with three counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a drug-related misdemeanor.
Each defendant was scheduled for their initial appearance at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 25, at Carroll County Circuit Court. An update is not available at this time.
