A 38-year-old Sedalia man is facing a couple of drug-related felony charges following a traffic stop in Pettis County in March.

According to a Sedalia Police report, on March 5, 2020, an officer says he located two different baggies of methamphetamine (total weight of 33.1 grams); one baggie containing controlled pills; and a digital scale inside the vehicle.

Court documents say Eric Wissman is charged with a Class C felony for Trafficking Drugs in the Second Degree and a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Wissman was arraigned on Tuesday, September 15. His next hearing is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, February 1 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
