Bond has been amended for two area men facing drug-related felony charges in Carroll County, following the execution of a search warrant that revealed numerous drug-related items.

According to a probable-cause statement, 42-year-old Alando Harker, of Carrollton, and 43-year-old Timothy Adam Stanley, of Sumner, were present during the execution of the search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of West Lincoln Avenue in Carrollton on Thursday, January 21..

Authorities say they found a glass smoking pipe; a homemade water bong; a glass marijuana pipe; some controlled pills; crystal shards which tested positive for methamphetamine; hypodermic syringes; a digital scale; two cell phones- one of which contained messages pertaining to the sale of narcotics and had Harker’s Facebook account signed in; and several other drug-related items.

Court documents say each subject is charged with three counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a drug-related misdemeanor.

Each defendant pleaded not guilty during their arraignment hearing on January 25. The court originally denied bond for both men.

Stanley was released on his own recognizance on Thursday, January 28. A Bond Review Hearing in Harker’s case was held on Friday, January 29. The Court amended bond and set it at $5,000 cash or surety with no 10-percent allowed.

The next court appearance for both defendants is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3 at Carroll County Circuit Court.
