Saline County Northern District Commissioner Stephanie Gooden announced there is a grant opportunity available for some entities during the commission meeting on Thursday, February 4.

Gooden explained more.

In other news, the commissioners approved the employee handbook. They said they recently held a hearing with employees to go over the book and any changes.

In addition, commissioners approved the annual budget. It had been available for the public to view and make any comments for the required 10 working days.
