A 19-year-old Keytesville man is facing multiple sex related felonies involving a juvenile.

Phineas J. Schrock is accused of forcing himself on a 15-year-old female juvenile on the night of November 19, 2020.

Schrock is charged Class C Felony for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a Class E Felony for Incest and an unclassified Felony for Rape or Attempted Rape in the First Degree.

Schrock is currently being held on $100,000 cash only bond.

Schrock pleaded not guilty during on January 15. His next court appearance is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, at Chariton County Circuit Court.
