
A second person has been charged after authorities executed a search warrant at a Sedalia residence last month.
On January 28, the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force, along with assistance from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office and Miller County Sheriff’s Office’s Entry Team, executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of South Carr Avenue in Sedalia. During the search, authorities located capsules of fentanyl, capsuled of Clonazepen, multiple items used to consume narcotics that all contained a crystal like substance, and .
Arrested were 30-year-old Viktor Gergovskyy and 33-year-old Brianna Banks.
According to online court documents, Banks is charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two Class D Felonies for Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid.
Gergovskyy is facing similar charges.
Initial hearings for both defendants are pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
